I'm not sure if another person has experienced this bug before, it's the first time I have seen anything like it. I pinned ChatGPT just before I noticed the bug. Now, while I have 11 tabs open, I also have what looks like a tab folder (nice!) labelled ChatGPT:
opened: ,
closed: .

I've attached a video showing what the behaviour looks like -- if it doesnt upload properly, here is a dropover link to view it*. I will say, in the video I didn't test using cmd-shift-] or cmd-shift-[, it seems like some of the tabs get selected on the top column, some of them get selected in the "tab folder". Using cmd-w closes tabs as expected, but tabs remain on the top. There are also more tab duplicates as I continue using the browser.

If anything I guess it's a cool reactive UI demo of what tab folders could look like...? 🤞

*Note: Dropover was having a bug so I had to add a password, which is 1231234.

I do like the folder, and really the only annoying thing is that tab deletion doesn't work as expected.

Vlad Hi Vlad, I haven't been able to reproduce it yet, but it happened after I pinned a tab.

Hi @Vlad. I was able to recreate it by dragging out a tab into a duplicate window. Essentially, I just selected a tab (on my default profile), moved it, it created a new window with all of the tabs on my default profile. The original window, the one I dragged a tab from, has similar issues as my original post. Here's an image of the sidebar:

I canot create it from a clean profile, at least as of now. But hopefully this information is somewhat helpful.

qeeuns Appreciate the effort to update, catching this on video would really be fantastic.

Hi @Vlad, it seems fine now. I've tested it on and off the past few months and it hasn't happened. Maybe it could be because I didn't have as many tabs open, I'm not sure. Since the issues happened, though, I have resinstalled Orion, I even reformatted my entire SSD for unrelated reasons. So it's kind of impossible to say. I think it's safe to close this, and I'll re-post here if it ever happens again.

This happens to me but I have no clue how to reproduce - is there anyway to export logs from Orion to figure out what actions lead to this?
