Websites always in dark mode

Websites (e.g. google maps, google search, orionfeedback, and more) default to be shown in dark mode, even though the theming is set to light mode. They switch to light mode when dark mode is toggled on though, but it is slightly grey on not the proper colour. Look below for example:

Orion doesnt know what 'mode' is site on. We just toggle by inverting colors.

@Vlad does using Orion light theme on any website mean no changes are made. In other words is the page tweak theme that matches the Orion mode a transparent mode?

bestlem Light/dark is just a guess. what it does is inverts colors on the site.

I really haven't had too much trouble with this with Orion. I have Theme=System in profile and most sites (such as this one) seem to switch back and forth nicely when I switch my system (which is set to Auto). Actually the only one I seem to have problems with is Google Maps which doesn't seem to switch to Dark Mode for me at all in Orion RC [latest/Catalina].

I wonder if this is a case of everyone being too smart? These websites are detecting Dark Mode so inverting the colors on their side and then Orion knowing the system is in Dark Mode is inverting them back?
