Experiencing server side ads on YT with uBlock Origin (note that this is NOT caused by uBO)

hi all, hope everyone is having a nice day/night! macOS Sonoma 14.5 (23F79) here with uBO 1.58.0 installed from https://addons.mozilla.org/addon/ublock-origin/ on the Orion browser, Version 0.99.127.3-beta (WebKit 619.1.1). i believe im getting server side ads that are slipping through my uBO. here's a video of it happening. this does not happen with uBO disabled. I made sure Orion's built in adblocker is disabled, and im using all the default filter lists with no configuration whatsoever to my uBO. i have no other extensions, and tested on a new browser profile, same problem. doesn't make a difference if im signed into YT or not. to replicate the issue follow these steps:

1. press ⌘ & , at the same time to open Orion's settings (or click Orion's name in the menu bar -> settings)
2. go to the websites tab at the top
3. in the general settings pane on the left hand side, scroll down and select content blockers
4. change default setting for all websites to off
5. go to the advanced tab at the top
6. check allow installation of 3rd party firefox extensions.
7. add uBO to your Orion
8. test watch the same yt video i did
