Picture in picture causes freezing when using external display

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255175766 same issue as here, seems to be webkit related, not just safari

1. use external monitor
2. use pip video
3. in 3-5 seconds screen freezes, video continues to play, you can hear audio, but mac is froze now and you need to reboot

3. screen doesn't freeze, pip works as expected
