Page Summary view causes graphical glitches when using show website color in compact tabs

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Version 0.99.127.3.2-rc (WebKit 619.1.11.111.2)
2. Enable compact tabs and show website color in compact tabs in the settings
3. Summarize a website using the new context menu option, I'm using https://www.reuters.com/markets/rates-bonds/june-ecb-rate-cut-done-deal-majority-expects-cuts-sept-dec-too-2024-05-29/ as an example in the video below
4. Page summary view opens
5. Switch to a website with a noticeable color, e.g. https://orionfeedback.org
6. Notice how page content is visible through the left side of the toolbar and how the website color only applies to some of the toolbar
7. Close the page summary view
8. Everything returns back to normal
   

Expected behavior:

1. Even with the Page Summary view open, the toolbar color should remain consistent
2. Page content should not be visible through the url bar when scrolling with the page summary view open
