Tabs frequent and quickly go blank

Currently experiencing this behaviour on 0.99.129-beta and Sequoia 15.1.1 (M1 MacBook Air).

Happens mostly with sites from my univeristy like D2L and some web forms. Page will, without warning, while still open, just go blank along with the address bar and require refreshing by right clicking the tab. This wouldn't be a dealbreaker if it weren't for the fact that I've lost many half-completed forms to this bug. I really love orion and want to keep using it but this behaviour makes me think I may have to swtich.

I'm only using extensions from "Popular Extensions," namely:
