When zooming out the refresh icon appears.

Page starts to “refresh”
I expect to have the loading icon and animation not appear when zooming out as the page does not actually refresh. (I freak out when I zoom out on a webpage filling out a form and see the thing that would make me lose my progress [same reaction when I’m waking up with that iPhone alarm])
