On desktop, Orion’s got the feature to add and switch blocklists around smoothly. I’ve already made the post asking for that and I’m happily awaiting, but in the meantime that doesn’t happen I strongly suggest setting “Fanboy’s Annoyance” as a default among the Easylist/EasyPrivacy defaults. Getting 100% on the d3 test doesn’t mean much besides scoring good on a single test.
Fanboy’s Annoyance blocks out social media buttons and cookie popups that extensions like “I still don’t care about cookies” don’t. It’ll cut down popups before they load without needing to find an extension to hopefully remedy the annoyance.
Just having it as a default means a smoother experience. No popups, no ads, no trackers. Everyone who wants an adblocker infers popups asking for cookie permissions or notifying how you’re on a website with “anonymized” metrics every time you dare check them out.
