Rick Roll Detector does not show alert popup upon entering a link

Steps to reproduce:

Install Rick Roll Detector
Compare it's behavior with it's chrome counterpart on this website. https://downloadmoreram.com/download.html
See that the chrome version inundates you with a large popup on the top of the screen, but on Orion it does not.

Expected behavior:
It should show a popup alert before entering the page.

Orion and macOS:
Orion 0.99109.1 Webkit <613.1.12>MacOS 12.0.1

I've tried it with chrome and it doesn't work there either.
Similar extension reported here https://orionfeedback.org/d/747-antirickroll-does-not-work works fine.
