  • Inconsistent behavior when trying to delete multiple days in History

  • BugsDesktopDone

Steps to reproduce:
Scenario 1

  1. Open History → Show History
  2. Select multiple days
  3. Select Edit → Delete
  4. No days are deleted

Scenario 2

  1. Open History → Show History
  2. Select multiple days
  3. Right click, and select "Delete"
  4. Only the last (earliest) selected day is deleted.

Expected behavior:
In both cases, all selected days should be deleted from History.

Orion and macOS:
Orion Version 0.99.109.1-beta / macOS 10.15.7

Image/Video:

Actually, just realized that the issue runs even deeper... even after deleting the history for December 14 and 15 in the video, they still appear in the history, except:

    • December 14 now has 7 items, instead of 11
    • December 20 (which I never selected for deletion) now has 2 items, instead of 3

    2 months later

I realized that this bug is still present in 0.99.113 running macOS 10.14.6.

      2023 Update:
Scenario 1 still happens. You can select multiple individual history entries and delete them via Edit -> Delete. However, you cannot do the same when selecting multiple days.

Scenario 2 deletes entire days' history as expected.

@Vlad This is mostly done but there is one exception which is why I didn't tag you in my earlier message. Selecting multiple days in the history tab and attempting to delete them with Edit -> Delete still does nothing.
