On a work related website, subscription based, I tried downloading few PDFs and Doc files but each time the downloaded file size is 4kb and is corrupted. I tried changing PDF sharing options between copy link or download file or to ask, and all give same result. Tried downloading with Safari or Chrome and both work fine. Not sure wher eis the problem.

    Thanks. The problem is it’s on an organisational website so not sure how to showcase it (screen recording ok?). I tried downloading pdfs from other public websites were fine. Otherwise leave this open till I further investigate other websites you can access.

      Bialy788 No, we need actual steps to reproduce (and localize) the issue. if you cna find the same on a public website that works too.

            Vlad Hello. I am having the same issue when trying to download pdf files from itch.io. On desktop mode the download button does nothing while in mobile mode the pdf is not downloaded neither but it gets directly opened on a new tab with no option for actual download.
