If you click on Orion RC → Hide Orion RC, Orion RC is supposed to become invisible. However, its windows only move to the background, but remain visible unless covered by windows of other apps.

This issue occurred only in the latest version, Version 0.99.126.4.1.6-rc (WebKit 619.1.1). The version before that, windows management did not work at all, yet another version earlier everything was still fine.
