The Manage Extensions, Show History and the Start Page item symbols are still using the light theme outline, i.e., dark-on-dark instead of the light-outline-on-dark-background.

To reproduce:
Go to Customize Toolbar and see the items.

All of the light theme items are shown correctly while only three are not in dark theme.
