Recently Orion switched to a nice purple accent color. Taking this customization further, it would be nice if the accent color could be set per-profile.
The accent color would simply be another option when creating/editing a profile. Users can select from a standard set of provided colors, or choose to stick with Orion’s default purple.
Yes — 100%. Came here to say the same thing. I wish I could recolor the entire window (and all windows related to) each profile. Especially if it could match their existing little bubble color...
That would be AMAZING and the last great feature needed for this browser to RULE THEM ALL (after tab folders and tab multi-select). 
I find this purple too light for my eyes, I'm a total black screen person. I thought that this purple is due to being in beta (Safari beta is purple too) or given by the dock icon since I'm using the "rainbow" accent color on mac os...

I think it's a nice thing that different apps have their own accent color, and for most apps that I use just occasionally I think I would love having it purple like Orion is now.
For an app that is used as much as a browser though, the accent color almost takes over in a way, and makes it feel like the browsers accent color is almost the main accent color of the OS.
For that reason I want it to feel more "neutral" and to stand out less, which at least in my opinion means that blue is a better choice (as that's the standard value for apps that does not actively select their own color).
I could of course change the accent color of macOS to be only one color, but then I lose the niceness of having different accent colors for different apps, and the only app I have where I'm not really happy with the accent color is Orion.
Different people obviously would have different ideas about something as subjective as which colors they prefer for the accent color of an app, and it would be very nice to be able to have different colors for different profiles, so if this suggestion is implemented it would be a great solution for my issue that I described above, and also make Orion a nicer browser in other ways for everyone.

An "Accent Color" under Settings > Appearance > Theme for this would be awesome!
My main problem is to distinguish selected text on dark backgrounds. Especially when writing, since most of the dark websites have some shade of purple for a background, so more saturated colors work way better.
This may work for apps such as Podcasts, but even there, the shade of purple is more saturated:
I think that it's best to keep it a user preference, as sugessted here.
