  • Add media from "My media" discards the issue tracker editor

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Upload image or video from the issue tracker editor
  2. Click the "My media" button to select any media file, then click "Select file"

Expected behavior:
The selected file could not be added to the text in the editor, instead, the editor is discarded and all text are lost.

    My Media button no longer exists on the report form, and the current media uploading features work as expected.Done @Vlad
