Horizontal tab overflow with "Always show website titles in tabs" option enabled

This is not a bug and just nice to have, but horizontal tabs with "always show titles" enabled should not be completely hidden when overflowing beyond the variable maximum. They need more visibility, and having to scroll or switch to vertical tabs is clumsy.

Have left/right tab navigation buttons when overflowing. A popup list selection similar to vertical tabs without having to click the button for the full panel might be nice too. Thank you.

Something like this, just basic scroll buttons that can be clicked on and indicate whether there are more tabs hidden in the bar from overflow.

You are right, kind of. Safari has variable tab lengths to show there are more stacked whereas Orion just keeps them all the same length and then begins hiding them. I think Firefox has better functionality here. Not sure about others like Chrome and Edge.
