What happened? How did it happen? What are the steps to replicate the issue.
When I slide my finger up and down the page, the toolbar hides/pops up, sometimes causing the page to lag when dragging it up and down with a jerky feeling, which can be clearly seen when comparing it to Safari. We all know that apple's own apps are locked at 80 fps, and third party apps can have 120 fps, in my opinion Orion should be smoother than Safari, but please experiment with doing this yourself by pushing the web page back and forth up and down with your thumb, don't slide it too far. Especially when waiting for the page to be stationary for a while before going to swipe the page, the error will be more noticeable!
What did you expect to happen? Describe the desired functionality.
Hiding or popping up toolbars shouldn't make web page sliding laggy
What version of Orion are you running?
1.3.4

This error is currently tested to occur most frequently when there are clickable links in the page when the settings location bar is at the top.
The only way to stop this error is to disable "Hide toolbar when scrolling", but disabling this means that the area of the page displaying information is reduced, which greatly affects the experience of viewing valid information.
