What does your feature entail? What is it for? How will it affect existing workflows or user experience?
Dragging a tab out of the tab bar to create a new window shows the tab preview, but if the tab is dragged into the current Orion window's active page area it also shows the "plus" icon on the cursor. The plus icon should never be shown as it suggests by releasing the drag over the page it will somehow get dropped into the page rather than create a new window.
The extra icon does not show when being dragged outside the window, and either way the window is actually created, so the only issue is visually showing that plus icon.
What are the exact ways that you see a user using your proposed feature? Please go into as much detail as possible, and provide examples of how other browsers/apps implement this feature, if applicable. If your feature suggestion adds on to an existing feature, how would it work into it to extend its usefulness?
