Scroll sync area for vertical tab bar and horizontal tab bar

Save the position of the left-most element, and make it where the vertical tab bar will start at when you toggle between the modes with control+command+V.

I want it to open at the position of the scrolled tab in vertical mode, not the open tab.

Vlad Like if I am on the "Orion public issue tracker" tab which is 30th in the opened tab list, in the vertical tab list, when I switch back to horizontal tab mode I want the first entry to be "Orion public issue tracker" and not the first blank tab, and vice versa to update in real-time.
