Open in Orion is not respected when selected in the pop-up menu with Remember My Choice enabled

Steps to reproduce:
Example for Wikipedia links:

Have Orion and Wikipedia apps installed
Go to settings and make sure nothing related to Wikipedia was already selected (or use Reset All Third Party App Settings to reset it for all apps)
Do a search that shows a Wikipedia link (for instance: https://search.brave.com/search?q=linux&source=web)
Tap on the link to Wikipedia
Get confused because of https://orionfeedback.org/d/5785-open-in-app-dialog-appears-late/7
When going back to Orion, select "Open in Orion" while "Remember my Choice" is enabled
Get confused again because Orion will then open the Wikipedia page in the browser
Go back to the search results, refresh the page, tap on the Wikipedia again, it will open the Wikipedia app (???)
Close Orion, go to Settings > Open Links in Apps and verify that en.wikipedia.org is set to "Open in Orion"
Try another search, click on the Wikipedia link, it will still open the Wikipedia app (woot?!?)

For some reason, it seems to work with github.com links, but not with en.wikipedia.org ones. I have not tested with other links so far.

Expected behavior:
Orion should open all subsequent related links that were selected to Open in Orion with Remember My Choice enabled.

If this is not possible due to some technical limitation, avoid opening the link the second time, when the option in the pop-up menu is saved
