Quick Website Search (QWS) does not work/activate automatically on pressing Enter/Return since 1.3.0 update

Steps to reproduce:
Example will be Kagi with QWS trigger of "K". Default search engine set to anything else

Expected behavior:
If I type in "K dogs," I would expect to see the browser use Kagi to search "dogs."

This is how it functioned on 1.2.10, and it's obviously the intended behavior. However, since 1.3.0, this has not worked. I did confirm this by checking 1.3.3/1.3.2/1.3.1/1.3.0/1.2.10, and I was able to do it again after downgrading to 1.2.10

It still works if you press the QWS popup in the top hit area, but not if you press enter on the keyboard. The QWS will be there in top hits as if it's going to activate (same as before when it worked), but then if you press enter, the search is done with the default search engine

No extensions, bug noticed immediately upon upgrading to 1.3.0 when it was released

Vlad I bookmark a page and edit its information to the desired Title, Search String, and Keyword

@Vlad I didn't want to add unrelated posts to a different thread, but in regards to the issue I brought up elsewhere of QWS not working unless tapped as a top hit, here is a reminder of the thread I made previously where it was marked as planned

Update as of 1.3.5 TestFlight, unexpected behavior still persists, with it working if you tap the top hit that pops up when using your keyword, as described earlier

Vlad my default search engine is Kagi, but I have bookmarks QWS set up so "g" is Google. Expected behavior, as well as previous behavior, would be that if I type in "g dogs," it would search using Google. Since approximately the 1.3 update, this no longer works. Instead, I get a search for "g dogs" on Kagi Search. However, I see the keyword is still being recognized because a top hit pops up after putting the g in that seems to indicate my alternate search keyword is being picked up by Orion. However, it only uses the keyword properly if I tap the top hit. If I press enter to search, as I regularly do, it won't respect my QWS keywords
