Web App creation interrupted midway

Steps to reproduce:

Open a Site Create a web app with the following options

unticking the show title bar
Click Create
The button is not responsive anymore. The web app is created but there is no icon. and is not launched automatically.

Expected behavior:

Web app being created without any issues as usual (with icon, and create window closes automatically opening the created web app)

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.125-beta (WebKit 616.1.22)
Build date Jul 31 2023
MacBook Air (macOS Ventura 13.5.1 build 22G90)

To my surprise when I went to record the video, it works. I am not sure what happened to the previous 8 time that I tried to create an app for figma, pinterest and X and failed. When I was posting the issue yesterday I tried leaving the checkbox for show title bar as it is and created a web app. It was successful and since then all the options are working fine. This seems like some odd issue. You can ignore this. Sorry for the inconvenience.
