Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have a bookmark without a name/label in some other browser, I used chrome fo example
  2. Import it via exported netscape html format
  3. Observe that zero bookmarks have been imported

Expected behavior:
Bookmarks are imported.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.124.3-beta (WebKit 616.1.14.11.1)
MacBook Pro (macOS Monterey 12.6.7 build 21G651)

        Also, maybe you could take a look into "bookmarks imported" count, the number is absolute bonkers sometimes, like, I imported 1000-ish bookmarks, the import says "imported 4000 something".

          Steps to reproduce or it didn't happen. Once you have them, please open a new bug report.
