    Vlad This post doesn't have the original post(I assume it was deleted), so I'm unable to flag this post as a duplicate. However, it should be merged as I have detailed above to reduce the number of open discussions on the site.
    Also, is it normal for a discussion to still remain on the site despite the main post being deleted?

        Please allow the vertical tabs to be on the right. As people read from left to right, you want the things on the left to be what's important (the content) and what's on the right to be what is less important (the titles of pages).

            Hello I'd also love to have the tab bar on the right of my screen instead of the left.

              Hi, I'd like to have an option to move the part highlighted in red in screenshot, from being a LEFT hand side bar to a RIGHT hand side bar (positioned on the right edge), but keeping everything inside the same orientation (i.e. the close button still on the right hand side, tree still indenting into right, etc)

              I think people will want to move it around depending on their preference.

                I remember seeing this suggestion before, it would be great if you an find so we can merge the requests.

                  Would it be possible to have the vertical tabs appear on the right side as an option?

                    Please. It's the only reason I'm using vivaldi for now. Having right tabs is way more comfortable, depending on the language you're surfing with, or having an imparied hand/arm.

                    I too would much prefer the sidebar to be on the right side. In fact it would be great to have the option for None, Left, Right, or Both (each side could display different things).

                        Some other browsers that support vertical tabs allow you to have the tabs on the right side of the screen. so may websites have their navigation system on the left, so having that stacked with my tabs can look dense and make it hard to find what I'm looking for, the right side is usually pretty free and empty.

                        The settings option for tabs would be split from vertical to vertical (left) and vertical (right), the tab system would be the exact same for the right version except that they are on the other side. The zen browser that I use when on windows supports this.

                              I'd like to upvote this as well.

                              I recently started using the new Zen browser. It allows tabs on the right. This is much less distracting than tabs on the left. With tabs on the left, where the eye naturally falls when starting to read, I get distracted by all the titles. On the right, this does not occur.

                                Would like this option as well. All major browser now have this option as standard.

                                  Even firefox now allows this with the new sidebar experience. I've had my browser configured with tree style tabs on the right for years now -- not being able to replicate this is an instant deal breaker, and I can see that I'm not the only one.
