Brief Summary
Having a lot of tabs open is a standard for me, in many cases there are more than can be shown. In this case, one can scroll through the open tabs.
When having tabs open to the right of the current active tab, there is no indication that the current tab isn't the last one. Safari nicely indicates this by just showing a fraction of the next tab.

At least to me, this is really nice to see there are more tabs to the left or to the right.
