Can you confirm you trid in compatiblity mode? Can you confirm the behavior of Safari?

Vlad hello Vlad, compatibility mode fixes this issue and it is not present in safari. I did some testing through the day and noticed that once I allowed it to download the file attached it stopped requesting even without compatibility mode enabled.

Vlad there are no reproduction steps I can provide because it only happened once.

Go to admin.Microsoft.com
Login as your admin user
You will be asked for download permission from the browser
If you click “no” it will ask again next time you access the browser
If you click “yes” it’ll download the file that I attached above.

Compatibility mode does not cause this to happen.
