To add an option in the settings to put the horizontal tab bar on top of the tool bar.

I come from Brave and Firefox and im used to have the tab bar on top of the tool bar. so if this could be added it would be nice.
Sorry if this has been asked before, I searched and didnt find anything.

(And, well, also like in Chrome, which, IIRC, was the first browser to do this.)
This. It's the biggest factor that's stopping me from moving over, I'm not sure why but I love how the Firefox tab bar looks. If any Orion developer is watching, I'm willing to code this tab bar for free if there is a guaranteed implementation of it.
