+1 on this. The current implementation in the menu bar is rather clunky and requires you to re-open it if you want to change multiple settings.
Adding Safari's implementation alongside the menu bar option would be ideal, since it keeps the ability to quickly access a given flag while also providing an option to configure the flags in-depth.
