Not saving password

Steps to reproduce:
Go to Orion profile
Go to orionfeedback.org
Create an account -> Will not offer to save password even though the option is on.

Expected behavior:
Offer to save password

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
0.99.124.4.1-beta
Ventura MacOS, Mac

Basically the option is delayed, is what I meant; I would expect it to pop up after I sign up, not after I make this post.

One somewhat similar bug in Safari is that when inputting a sign up form, it's not able to recognize email addresses from the previous page before we create a user password.
