I don't have any issues here on my end. Does it happen with every PDF or just certain ones? If you can link to a PDF that does it for you, I can see if happens for me as well.

lpep1 Can you try in a new clean Orion profile and debug what/which extension you have is causing it?

So I tried with a new clean profile and the same thing happens.
However, after some testing, I see that this issue appears with pdf files on Notion pages, files from other sources open as expected. Can we change the subject to reflect that the bug is with Notion pdf files?

Longely changed the title to New PDF viewer loads Notion pdf file as a tiny window at top left corner .

lpep1 Can you add full steps to reproduce for those not using Notion?

lpep1 This appears to be because it is not a PDF file but some kind od Notion's rendering of a PDF file page. I have a similar problem in Safari open that link.

I can confirm that GNOME Web/Epiphany behaves identically as Orion

Vlad I know that Safari doesn't display it properly either. But since Orion is now using Mozilla's PDF.js, I would consider relevant the fact that Firefox displays it correctly and not compare it to Safari's behaviour

lpep1 Firefox displaying it correctly may not have to do anything with pdf.js but the way firefox displays that page. I suggest opening an issue on webkit.org instead as that seems to be the culprit.
