HTML bookmark import and export

Brief Summary
I'd like to be able to import and export bookmarks as an HTML file into and from Orion.

Chrome and Firefox support both import and export of these kinds of files:

i'm pretty sure u can do that rn. it's under the File menu item iirc (I'm not on mac atm)

eirk Ahh you're correct!

It may be worthwhile to add the HTML/CSV file import options to the "Import browser data" popup as well.
