Jerky (30 fps) scrolling on latest RC

Steps to reproduce:

Just scroll any page.
Have tried Compatibility mode.

Expected behavior:

Latest beta scrolls smoothly 60 fps everywhere. RC scrolls about 30 fps everywhere. (Activity Monitor shows CPU usage the same for both. Dunno about GPU.)

Orion, OS version; hardware type:

RC:
Version 0.99.123.3.7-rc (WebKit 616.1.10)

Beta:
Version 0.99.123.3-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1)

OS:
MacBook Pro (macOS Big Sur 11.7.6 build 20G1231

Stakker How do you measure FPS? Have you checked Safari TP which uses same WebKit?

I was about to capture video, but today it scrolls perfectly smoothly for some reason :-P

So… no idea what caused it, but maybe we can close this ticket for now. (I can't try the Safari TP, because Big Sur is the latest OS I can run on this Mac.)
