Brief Summary
Adding a "Create Bookmark Here" menu item to all bookmark folders in the favorites toolbar.

Details:
I forget whether it was an old Safari extension or maybe OmniWeb, but there used to be a feature that I've missed over the years. I keep all of my bookmarks in folders on the Bookmarks bar, frequently within subfolders. This feature would add a menu item "Create Bookmark Here" either above or below the "Open in New Tabs" item that's already there. This would allow you to, when you're looking at a page and decide to bookmark, navigate the bookmarks bar to the desitantion and add the bookmark there.

Using Command-D leads to a singular column of folders that is long and unwieldy. Same with the star in the toolbar. This would be a much more efficient workflow for me.

To add a "Create Bookmark Here" menu item to all bookmark folders in the favorites toolbar in Orion, you can use HTML code to create a bookmarklet.

And put that bookmarklet in every folder in the bookmarks folder? I guess that could work but I wouldn't know how to create such a bookmarklet and even if I did It would be something else to manage every time a new folder was created. Unless I'm misunderstanding you.
