Incorrect URL redirect after pasting in new tab

Steps to reproduce:

Did you try using a clean Orion Profile? If applicable, does Safari behave in the same way?> Unsure how to recreate. Sometimes, Orion will constantly redirect to the same url as 1 tab, despite pasting the url to something entirely different. Only way to stop this behavior is to completely restart Orion. This is in iOS and Desktop versions of Orion.

Visit website when URL is pasted

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion Version 0.99.123.3-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1)
macOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261)
MacBook Pro 14 2021

Will add screen capture next time this occurs as I cannot figure out the triggers to recreate this bug.

I get this as well.

Copy a URL or Search text from another app > paste this in Orion as Paste & Go. It then randomly redirects to a random web page (something from history, not consistent on what address)

Sorry, I haven't updated this since I haven't been able to take a video. This still happens, both on iOS and macOS. Glad to see it's not just me, though.
