Brief Summary
When you open the Downloads popup in the toolbar, there is an option to "Move to trash", which does not have any warning dialogue.
I accidentally clicked this and it took me a long time to restore these files as I have hundreds of documents in the trash bin and searching through them was a hassle.
I want Orion to add a "Are you sure" dialouge to this to prevent users from accidentally deleting files.

ashp0 Actions that are undoable (like move to trash is) generally do not ahve a confirmation. Leaving it open for others to chime in.

I just tested this by downloading a random assortment of files (9) and then clicking 'Move to Trash'. It doesn't appear that you can undo it easily. File -> Undo is not an option to restore the files, nor is Command + Z. If this action were possible, I would say that a confirmation is not necessary but I can understand @ashp0's request in this case. (You also cannot undo delete in Finder)

Vlad Doesn't look like it. In Trash -> Edit -> Undo, it only shows the last items deleted elsewhere in the system.

For example: if I had deleted four screenshots from Finder -> Downloads previously and then clicked 'Move to Trash' in Orion and cleared out 6 items, the Undo feature in Trash would restore the four prior deleted screenshots and not the items from Orion.

Hm I just tried and move to trash from orion item is appearing in trash can and I can restore it from there.

I recorded an example for you:

You can see there that 'Put Back' is an option for most items but not an item deleted from Orion.
