Steps to reproduce:
enable vertical tabs
open at least two tabs.
select a tab that is not the last one
close that tab (cmd-w, or clicking it)
observe that the heading text is not the small bold grey text anymore

Expected behavior:
"Open Tabs" appearance should never change

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Use vertical tabs
    2. Have 2 tabs open
    3. Pin one of them
    4. Close the other tab
    5. Any tabs you open now will not appear in the vertical tab list but the tab counter will still increase
This is a visual bug as the opened tabs can still be accessed via cmd+1-9.

    Expected behavior:
The tab list should not break. If the pinned tab is the last one to remain, Orion should open a new tab of the start page.
