Steps to reproduce:
Not sure how to reproduce this since the issue isn't as glaring until I begin to use the toolbar.
Expected behavior:
Basic functions of the toolbar to work. Even the close, minimize, and maximize (red yellow green macos buttons) failed to respond when I clicked on them.
