Add support for the playback of mkv files

in chrome if you do file:///Users/x/abc.mkvit will play the video on chrome, but on orion it will not. whereas file:///Users/x/abc.mp4 will play the video on both chrome and orion.

Lack of support for mkv files seems to be an Apple thing (for some unknown reason) as mkv's dont play on quicktime or TV either. Buth mkv's are supported by most browsers, and media players such as VLC, IINA etc.

    in safari file:///Users/x/abc.mp4 will play but file:///Users/x/abc.mkv will open finder to the location of the video file. whereas orion will display gibberish text

      OK we can probably match Safari behavior here. To have WebKit support mkv, post a bug report on webkit.org.
