Toby extension is broken

Steps to reproduce:
Install Toby extension from Chrome web store
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/toby-for-chrome/hddnkoipeenegfoeaoibdmnaalmgkpip?hl=en
Login
Set "New tab opens with: Start Page" on Orion settings
Open new tab

Expected behavior:
It should open Toby tab, but it never loads, even with Javascript enabled.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion: 0.99.123.3-beta
OS: Ventura 13.2.1
HW: Macbook air M1 2020 8gb

Hi,

Toby is also the main extension I need. It seems to be almost working for me now. This is what I did:

1) Install the Chrome version of Toby

2) Check what is the Chrome URL for new tabs. I got this from the chrome developer console on a new tab, mine was
chrome-extension://hddnkoipeenegfoeaoibdmnaalmgkpip/toby.html?openSettings=1

3) Go to Orion settings, set this URL to be the homepage used for new windows and new tabs:

This makes the new tab show correctly, but there are still UI issues when clicking the Toby toolbar button:

I just checked that for the Firefox version, the layout works after activating the toolbar button for a second time. This procedure must be repeated after each browser restart:
