Steps to reproduce:
- Attempt to open a web link (Noticed issue in some google services, mostly Google Calendar. Upon messing around with it, I noticed it in both Google Calendar and "Classroom".
- Web link opens in the same type of window used for a popup, rather than a new tab link clicking pretty much any other web link
Not an issue in Orion compatibility mode or Safari.

link opens in a new tab

Version 0.99.123.2-beta (Have noticed this in the last 2-3 beta releases too)
