The common browser behavior (except on Mac) should work to increase text size.

That is, Cmd + ScrollWheel.

This works in some Mac apps and in pretty much all browsers on Linux and Windows.

Pinch-to-Zoom magnifies rather than increasing font size, and is not the same.

The desire for this is so ubquitous that BetterTouchTool exists... which I am using to kludge in that functionality.

    In windows, Ctrl+scroll makes the desired scale bigger, which is equivalent to CMD+-.
    However, macOS's accessibility zoom magnifies the whole screen, not just making things bigger.

    I think @TCat wants an option to perform CMD+- operations with CMD+scroll.

      @junukwon7 has it correct. @Rodan is just giving another way to get at the "pinch-to-zoom" functionality that I called out as magnifying rather than increasing font.

      One distinction that matters: The text will reflow with the increase in text size, while pinch-to-zoom (magnify) does not reflow; instead elements are no longer visible.
