  • Address bar unintentionally selected when clicking certain toolbar icons

Steps to reproduce:
Click toolbar icons for tracking prevention (shield), downloads, or the favorite icon (star) in Orion. When clicking to close the icon, the address bar is then selected.
Expected behavior:
The address bar shouldn't be selected.
In Safari, selecting similar toolbar icons does not affect the address bar.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Version 0.99.123.1-beta (WebKit 615.1.16.1)
MacBook Pro (macOS Monterey 12.6.2 build 21G320)

    Vlad im not able to reproduce either, works perfectly fine for me, and yes im on ventura

        Maybe it's a Monterey issue? For me it happens when I click on the icon itself to close it, not anywhere else.

          AshwathSingh can you record a video of that starting with a new clean orion profile?

              It happens usually to me when I click the privacy report button after clicking into the address bar
