Steps to reproduce:
Install vimium (chrome or Firefox both versions have the same behaviour) and give it permission for every website and try to use it

Expected behavior:
Vimium should be useable (j and k should scroll up and down etc), instead I get
"Vimium is not running on this page.
Your browser does not run web extensions like Vimium on certain pages, usually for security reasons.
Unless your browser's developers change their policy, then unfortunately it is not possible to make Vimium (or any other web extension, for that matter) work on this page."

Orion and macOS:
Latest Big Sur, Orion - Version 0.99.108.1-beta (WebKit 613.1.10)

You need to enable it to be used on all pages by right clicking on it.

Is it not sufficient to grant it permissions when it's installed?

When I right click I get this menu and none of the option allow me to enable it for all pages?

When I look at website specific permission I can see it's allowed but I still get the original popup about not being not running on this page

I wiped my laptop when I updated from Big Sur to Monterey and when I reinstalled Orion Vimium just worked when I installed it. I did the exact same things as last time except now it works with no problems. I'm still on 0.99.108.1-beta (WebKit 613.1.10).
