Move Extensions Menu into Settings

Currently the extensions menu is entirely seperate to Orion settings, not sure if this is a deliberate decision but Safari incorporates Extensions as another tab option in the main settings. Just an idea to try and centralise controls and avoid too many different menus.

B4ND1T We keep Settings reserved for stuff the browser ships with ("Browser Settings") and everything else, obtained with browser usage goes to "Library". This includes extensions, bookmarks, history... Extensions belonging in settings is justfied as much as bookmarks or history belonging there from a logic perspective, and we decided to correctly seperate settings from resources.
