Add an option in a menu bar dropdown menu to manually sync browser data

In Safari, you can force sync it by enabling the debug menu dropdown, by writing defaults write com.apple.Safari IncludeInternalDebugMenu 1 in the terminal, restarting / opening Safari, and then going to Debug > Sync iCloud History.

Orion should have an button like this tool, perhaps under the tools menu dropdown, and it can be called "Sync Browser Data."
