I personally prefer Orion's, as the button (the only thing the user can interact with) is clearer and more visible.

    Apple’s intention for this design is to make the user know that the alert comes from the website and not from Safari itself (to avoid scams and so on). Orion should do the same. I think the button is alright though because the alert doesn’t look like an application window.

      johjakob Curious what makes Orion's alert not look like it comes from the website (while Safari is OK)? Both are generic designs and do not take design of the website in consideration.

        I wanted to say that using more native controls could lead to alerts looking more like application or system alerts. But the general appearance of the alert “window” allows for the use of native buttons (in my opinion) because the user wouldn’t recognise it as a system alert. I wouldn’t change the design too much though.
