Safari has the reload button in the address bar. So does Orion.

Orion 0.99.120.1-beta (WebKit 614.1.20)
macOS Version 12.6 (Build 21G115)
MacBookPro18,1

sschwetz that looks like address bar reload, same as the one in Orion. I don't see any toolbar reload in Safari?

Vlad Yeah correct. I don't see a reload toolbar icon on the current safari. I know that it used to be a toolbutton years ago but was removed and then became an option to add to the address bac

The photo is the 'customize toolbar' menu in safari. The reload icon is on the right-hand side of the photo.

Vlad What do you mean? It's just the safari on my macbook.

T-0 Interesting I also have Safari 16 and there is no Reload button for the toolbar. Do you have an extension that adds it by any chance?

Vlad No. It has just always been there.

I need a reload icon in the toolbar ASAP!!! @Vlad is there an extention that can add it? its such a basic function

Could someone enlighten me on how this would ever be useful? There's a reload button in the address bar, and I can never see a reason to remove the address bar, that would make a browser very difficult to use.

first, the address bar is absolutely tiny, second, I want the reload button on the left,
third, why not add it as an option? you're still free to use the reload button in the address bar!
I am a hardcore chrome (mac) user, and I love the large buttons there, id love safari and Orion to adapt the option to make controls and bars larger, (at least the option when I'm using it on my dual 27" displays at work)

SalesDept Fair enough, I'm not disagreeing with the suggestion, just would like to know the potential use case of it.
Although, I do disagree with the sentiment of "Why not add it as an option", if we start asking that question for every feature request, we'll quickly end up with an extremely bloated browser that is overloaded with checkboxes and too many options for everything, just my two cents.

true, we shouldn't add random stuff because why not,
but as I said, this has legit uses, it is present in chrome, safari, and pretty much every other browser

                        No one is typing
