Incognito mode (test)

I tried this test:

Some browsers on Android are able to not get recognized by the site. With Orion and Safari, I get detected.
Do you think it is possible to implement something that prevents being recognized by the site in icognito mode?

cele This site is deceiptful. Private browsing mode in browsers has nothing to do with fingerprinting, which is what this site does.
