"Suggest strong password" feature does not fill in the repeat password field

Steps to reproduce:

Go to https://console.cron-job.org/signup
Fill in the name and email fields and tab into the first password field
Orion suggests a strong password in the password field; click "Use Strong Password"
Tab into the repeat password field
There seems to be no way to enter the same password in that field

Expected behavior:
Both fields should be filled in, or I should be able to copy/paste the password.

Orion, OS version; hardware type:
Orion 0.99.116-beta, macOS 12.4 (21F79), MacBook Air (M1, 2020)

It just happens to me a moment ago this issue has been going on for a while now. And some sites I have given up sign up too. And this is a really frustrating issues. Since I use it a lot.

StefanoL246 This is not easy to do, as there is no standard that defines that something on a page is a 'repeat password' field.

StefanoL246 There is a way through defining a bunch of heuristic rules like other browsers do.

Vlad That sounds like it could take a while to implement. In the meantime, maybe you could allow the user to copy/paste the generated password? Or even pop up a button to auto fill it in any other field. This would make the password suggestion feature useable until the full fix is implemented, and could also fill any gaps in the heuristics that you eventually implement.

EDIT: I was able to copy/paste the password by using the form's 'Show Password' button and copying it.

After recent password manager related improvements It should work as expected.
Please give it a try and reopen ticket if needed.

This is even more broken now after the so-called "improvements". I just used a strong password suggested by Orion (exactly as shown in this thread), but it STILL doesn't allow the user to copy the password anywhere else, doesn't even show the full password to let you type it manually elsewhere, and best of all, it never gets saved within Orion's own password manager so I can't reuse it again later, and now I'm locked out of the account. Fantastic 👏
