Drag and drop HTML file to URL field searches instead of loading page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. There needs to be a .html file stored locally on your computer.
2. Open an Orion window.
3. Drag and drop the .html file to the URL field in the Orion window's toolbar.
4. The filepath now shows in the URL field.
5. If you hit return, Orion executes a web search for the filepath of the .html file.

Expected behavior:
In step 4, the filepath should be preceded by "file://".
In step 5, it shouldn't be necessary to hit return. Orion should just display the html page. It should not search.

Safari behaves as expected in this situation.
Orion behaves as expected when the same .html file is drag and dropped to the Orion icon in the dock.
Orion has this same problem with .pdf files.
